chorizo sausage (casings removed)
smoked ham (diced)
green bell pepper (chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp.
Polaner ® Chopped Garlic
1 15.5 oz. can
Joan of Arc ® Light Red Kidney Beans (undrained)
1 15 oz. can
Joan of Arc® Garbanzo Beans (undrained)
medium baking potatoes (unpeeled, cubed (about 12 oz.))

In 3-qt saucepan over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook sausage meat, ham, onion, pepper and garlic 10 to 15 minutes, breaking up sausage meat with a spoon, until onions are very tender but not browned. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 main-dish servings. *Chorizo is a Spanish chile and garlic-flavored pork sausage. If unavailable, substitute hot Italian sausage meat.
